About me

Education & Experience

I hold a Masters of Social work from the University of Waterloo (2017) and a Bachelors of Social work from NVIT (2016).

I have extensive experience working with individuals and their families suffering with mental health, addictions and trauma. I have worked in a variety of health-related roles over the last 10 years.

I am a person of lived experience with addiction and have over 13 years in recovery.

Substance Use/Addictions

I work with people all along the continuum of identifying and addressing substance use. From full harm reduction along to complete abstinence.
I have extensive knowledge and connections to services within the Lower Mainland, including: harm reduction services, outpatient programs, and inpatient "treatment" programs.
I have done work with families supporting individuals and provide psycho-education as well as intervention support
